For DC we have Killer Croc Sewer Smash with Killer Croc, Captain Boomerang, Katana, Red Hood and Batman. Which I heard from another site is $79.99. Likewise the set Scarecrow Harvest of Fear which has Blue Beetle (Jaime Reyes) looks to be around the same price.
I only looked at Marvel out of curiosity. Lo and Behold they have a Ben Reilly Scarlet Spider! ...For a set that's REALLY expensive looking. They also have the Ultimate Jessica Drew...who goes by Spider-Woman not Spider-Girl.
