Another entry from the Marvel Holiday Special. While J. Jonah Jameson does decide to do a good deed there's one thing he has trouble budging on: Spider-Man. A Spider-Man Carol.
If this comic was done on a television series it would likely be a clip show. That's not bad here as it gives nods to several Spider-Man stories which doesn't come off quite as cliché in print. Jameson wants to kick the web head out of a party the hospital is having for the sick children. The kids want him to stay and tell their stories to prove triple J is wrong about the hero. One of the stories in particular is touching especially if you know what happens in the issue it's referencing. Jameson isn't as bad as Scrooge was, he cares about these kids and has always been a compelling character on his own. This does reinforce his good characteristics as well as highlight some of his less than stellar traits. Some change their minds thanks to the season and others just make slight exceptions.
