The Talon Book

I might have been interested if this book explored all the Talons and their history. I was especially taken with Xiao Loong from RHATO who was different from the others. Yeah it's iffy whether he could come back but come on, Talons are hard to kill.

Xiao would have made a great member for RHATO too. But instead of focusing on their history or even the tragic nature we get this?

Sounds kinda like Mr. Miracle. Sorry but if I don't really see the point of a Talon who isn't really a Talon (no healing powers and not undead.) Might be bias but Xiao really would have been cool.
